DESCRIPTION:PlenārsēdeKonferences otrās tematiskās sesijas “Vēsture
 \, valodas un identitātes noturība” plenārsēdē uzmanības centrā b
 ūs jautājumi par to\, kā humanitārajās zinātnēs iespējams veidot i
 lgtspējīgas pētniecības programmas mainīgos politiskos un sabiedrība
 s apstākļos. Tiks iezīmēti arī aspekti\, kas saistīti ar pētniecīb
 as finansējuma iespēju stiprināšanu\, starpdisciplināras sadarbības 
 attīstīšanu\, humanitāro zinātņu aizstāvību un humanitāro nozaru 
 vietu Eiropas noturības veidošanā.Plenārsēdes viesis – Džonatans D
 īrs (Jonathan Deer) ir Londonas Pilsētas universitātes Pētniecības un
  inovāciju komitejas vadītājs un starptautiski atzīts pētniecības po
 litikas un stratēģiskās plānošanas eksperts. Viņš ir arī valdes lo
 ceklis Eiropas sociālo un humanitāro zinātņu aliansē (European Allian
 ces for Social Sciences and Humanities) un plenārsēdē iepazīstinās ar
 ī ar šīs organizācijas darbu\, sniedzot plašāku skatījumu par to\, 
 kā pētniecība tiek atbalstīta un attīstīta Eiropas un globālā mēr
 ogā\, kā veicināt humanitāro zinātņu redzamību un noturību.Pēc pl
 enārsēdes darbs turpināsies septiņās tematiskajās sekcijās\, kas ve
 ltītas jaunākajiem atklājumiem humanitārajās zinātnēs. Sekcijās ti
 ks izgaismoti vēstures\, valodas\, reliģijas\, kultūras atmiņas un ide
 ntitātes noturības jautājumi plašākā starpdisciplinārā tvērumā\,
  pulcējot no vairākām valstīm dažādu jomu pētniekus –  tostarp a
 ustrumpētniekus\, valodniekus\, literatūrzinātniekus\, vēsturniekus\, 
 arheologus\, teologus\, kā arī atmiņas institūciju un digitālo humani
 tāro zinātņu speciālistus un citu jomu pārstāvjus.Plenary sessionThe
  plenary session of the conference’s second thematic panel\, “History\
 , Languages and the Resilience of Identity\,” will focus on questions of
  how sustainable research programmes in the humanities can be developed in
  changing political and societal conditions. It will also highlight aspect
 s related to strengthening research funding opportunities\, fostering inte
 rdisciplinary collaboration\, advocating for the humanities\, and the role
  of the humanities in building resilience in Europe.The plenary session gu
 est\, Jonathan Deer\, is Head of the Research and Innovation Committee at 
 City St George's\, University of London and an internationally recognised 
 expert in research policy and strategic planning. He is also a board membe
 r of the European Alliance for Social Sciences and Humanities (EASSH). In 
 the plenary session\, he will present the work of this organisation\, offe
 ring a broader perspective on how research is supported and developed at b
 oth European and global levels\, as well as on how to promote the visibili
 ty and resilience of the humanities.Following the plenary session\, the co
 nference will continue with seven thematic sections dedicated to the lates
 t developments in the humanities. These sections will address issues of hi
 story\, language\, religion\, cultural memory\, and the resilience of iden
 tity within a broader interdisciplinary framework\, bringing together rese
 archers from various countries and fields – including area studies speci
 alists\, linguists\, literary scholars\, historians\, archaeologists\, the
 ologians\, as well as professionals from memory institutions and digital h
