  no plkst. 9:00 līdz 12:15 kā daļa no konferences 3. tēmas "Valsts teh
 noloģiskā un digitālā attīstība”.Sekcijas aptvertais apakštēmu l
 oks ir starpdisciplinārs\, akcentējot šī brīža STEM izglītības akt
 ualitātes:  - inovācijas STEM priekšmetu (fizika\, ķīmija\, bioloģi
 ja\, matemātika\, inženierzinātnes\, datorika\, ģeogrāfija\, dabaszin
 ības) mācīšanas pieejās no pamatizglītības līdz augstākajai izgl
 ītībai\,  - skolēnu un studentu mācību sasniegumu vērtēšana un v
 ērtējumu analīze STEM mācību priekšmetos\,   - STEM priekšmetu sk
 olotāju profesionālā pilnveide\,  - atbalsts skolēniem un studentiem 
 STEM priekšmetu apguvē\,  - digitālo tehnoloģiju (t.sk. mākslīgā i
 ntelekta risinājumu) izmantošana STEM priekšmetu apguvē\,  - izglīt
 ība vadības pieejas STEM mācību priekšmetu inovāciju ilgtspējīgai 
 ieviešanai.Sekcijā ar uzstāšanos vai kā klausītāji aicināti piedal
 īties visi tie\, kuru interešu lokā ir ar STEM priekšmetu mācīšanu 
 un mācīšanos saistīti jautājumi visplašākajā tvērumā - sākot no

 ______STEM Education for Tehnological and Digital AdvancementsThe session 
 "STEM Education for Technological & Digital Advancements" of the 84th Inte
 rnational Scientific Conference of the University of Latvia will take plac
 e on April 16\, 2025\, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. as part of the confere
 nce's third theme\, "State Technological and Digital Development."The sub-
 topics covered by the section are interdisciplinary\, emphasizing current 
 issues in STEM education:  - innovations in teaching & learning approache
 s of STEM subjects (physics\, chemistry\, biology\, mathematics\, engineer
 ing\, computer science\, geography) from primary to higher education\,  -
  assessment of pupils' and students' learning achievements and analysis of
  assessments in STEM subjects\,  - professional development of STEM teach
 ers\,  - support for pupils and students in learning STEM subjects\,  - 
 the use of digital technologies (including artificial intelligence solutio
 ns) in teaching & learning of STEM subjects\,  - educational leadership a
 pproaches for the sustainable implementation of innovations in STEM subjec
 ts.Anyone interested in issues related to STEM teaching in the broadest se
 nse\, from primary school to university\, is welcomed to participate in th
 e section as presenters or listeners.The section will be organized in the 
 form of oral presentations (up to 15 minutes) and poster presentations. Co
 mpleted empirical studies\, work in progress\, literature reviews\, as wel
 l as position papers\, are welcomed for the presentation in the section. T
 he section will conclude with a panel discussion entitled "Examination in 
 STEM education - where we are and where are we heading?"Working language:
