We kindly ask you to submit your presentations by April 13 to olga .sozinova@lu.lv\, with iveta.steinberga@lu.lv and agrita.briede@lu.lv  copied. Preferred file formats are .ppt or .pdf. Link for online participa tion will be placed on the conference webpage several days before the conf erence.For the poster session\, A0 and A1 formats are acceptable. The orie ntation should be portrait. Poster templates (.ppt and Canva) are availabl e here: https://konference84.lu.lv/en/materials/poster-presentations/ Plea se be prepared to give a brief on-site presentation of 2–3 minutes durin g the time indicated in the programme.  Poster installation will take pla ce on April 16\, from 08:30 to 09:00\, before the start of the session. Th e poster session is scheduled from 16:00 to 16:45 (check the programme att ached). Please note that posters must be printed in advance. There will be no option for digital poster display or on-site printing.During the confe rence\, two coffee breaks (with coffee\, tea\, and snacks provided) and a one-hour lunch break are scheduled.
