DESCRIPTION:Latvijas ilgtspējīgas telpiskās attīstības stratēģija v
 eido ietvaru konferences apakšsekcijas ziņojumiem un diskusijām\, snied
 zot nozīmīgu ieguldījumu valsts ārējās un iekšējās drošības jau
 tājumu izvērtēšanai. Stratēģija uzsver nepieciešamību veidot līdz
 svarotu un policentrisku telpisko struktūru\, kas ir būtisks priekšnote
 ikums gan nacionālajai drošībai\, gan iedzīvotāju labklājībai. Konf
 erences apakšsekcijā tiks aplūkotas vairākas tēmas: (1) Rīgas metrop
 oles konkurentspēja un atbildība līdzsvarotai reģionu attīstībai dem
 ogrāfiskās un sociāli ekonomiskās sarukšanas apstākļos\; (2) Latvij
 as drošības teritoriālā organizācija stratēģisko infrastruktūras o
 bjektu tīklā\; (3) demogrāfiskā un sociāli ekonomiskā kapitāla stip
 rināšana teritoriālo kopienu un diferencētā apdzīvoto vietu sistēm

 ical prerequisite for ensuring national security and enhancing the well-be
 ing of the populace. The conference sub-section will explore several key t
