Molekulārās bioloģijas sekcijas un Latvijas Bioķīmijas biedrības 9. konferences sēde
Sekcijas sēdē tiks prezentēti referāti molekulārajā bioloģijā, bioķīmijā, biofizikā, biomedicīnā, ģenētikā, biotehnoloģijā un radniecīgās dzīvības zinātņu sfērās. Sekcijas galvenā mērķauditorija ir LU Molekulārās bioloģijas specialitātes doktoranti no Medicīnas un Biozinātņu fakultātes, bet tajā piedalās arī citu LU struktūrvienību doktora, bakalaura un maģistra līmeņa studenti, Latvijas Bioķīmijas biedrības biedri, kā arī pētnieki no Biomedicīnas pētījumu un studiju centra, Organiskās Sintēzes institūta, Rīgas Tehniskās universitātes, Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes, institūta “BIOR”, un citām organizācijām. Referātu ilgums - 10 minūtes + 5 minūtes diskusijai. Lielākā daļa prezentāciju ir paredzētas orālā formā, stenda referāti būs iespējami, ja visiem reģistrētajiem dalībniekiem konferences programmā pietrūks uzstāšanās laika. Sesijas sākumā 1 stundu notiks Latvijas Bioķīmijas biedrības pilnsapulce, kurā tiks apspriesti dažādi aktuāli jautājumi, piemēram gatavošanās 2027. gada 51. FEBS (Federation of European Biochemical Societies) kongresam Rīgā, kurā piedalīsies aptuveni 1000 pētnieku no visas pasaules.

Molecular Biology Section and Latvian Biochemistry Society 9th Conference Session
The section will feature presentations in molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, biomedicine, genetics, biotechnology and related life sciences. The main target audience of the section is doctoral students of the Molecular Biology specialty of the Faculty of Medicine and Biosciences of the University of Latvia, but it will also include doctoral, bachelor's and master's students from other structural units of the University of Latvia, members of the Latvian Biochemistry Society, as well as researchers from the Biomedical Research and Study Center, the Institute of Organic Synthesis, Riga Technical University, Riga Stradiņš University, the Institute "BIOR", and other organizations. The duration of the presentations is 10 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion. Most of the presentations are scheduled for oral form, poster presentations will be possible if all registered participants do not have enough time to speak in the conference program. At the beginning of the session, a plenary meeting of the Latvian Biochemical Society will be held for 1 hour, where various current issues will be discussed, such as preparations for the 51st FEBS (Federation of European Biochemical Societies) Congress in Riga in 2027, which will be attended by approximately 1,000 researchers from all over the world.
