Diskusijās tiks aplūkoti izaicinājumi un iespējas, kas saistīti ar skolotāju kompetencēm, izglītības vadību un inovācijām dažādos izglītības posmos. Kā skolotāju profesionalitāte un efektīva pārvaldība ietekmē nākotnes sabiedrību? Kādas stratēģijas un risinājumi stiprina izglītības kvalitāti? Īpaša uzmanība tiks veltīta inovācijām mācību procesā, tehnoloģiju izmantošanai un ilgtspējīgai skolotāju profesijas attīstībai. Sekcija aicina pētniekus, pedagogus un politikas veidotājus dalīties ar pētījumiem, pieredzi un idejām, kas veicina kvalitatīvu izglītību un skolotāju profesijas prestižu. Atvērta plašai, starpdisciplinārai interpretācijai, tostarp stenda referātiem.

The section is dedicated to ensuring the quality of education and the development of the teaching profession in a changing world. The discussions will address challenges and opportunities related to teacher competencies, educational leadership and innovation at different stages of education. How do teacher professionalism and effective management affect the society of the future? What strategies and solutions strengthen the quality of education? Special attention will be paid to innovations in the learning process, the use of technology and the sustainable development of the teaching profession. The section invites researchers, educators and policy makers to share research, experience and ideas that contribute to quality education and the prestige of the teaching profession. Open to broad, interdisciplinary interpretation, including poster presentations.
