Atomfizika, optiskās tehnoloģijas un medicīnas fizika/ Atomic physics, optical technologies and medical physics

Sekcija “Atomfizika, optiskās tehnoloģijas un medicīnas fizika” notiks LU Atomfizikas un spektroskopijas institūtā (LU ASI) 15.02.2024. kā daļa no Latvijas Universitātes 82. starptautiskās zinātniskās konferences.

Sekcijā tiks prezentēti jaunākie rezultāti- stenda refereātu veidā, kurus sasnieguši LU ASI pētnieki un LU ASI partneri sekojošās pētniecības jomās:

• optiskie procesi gāzēs, šķidrumos, cietās vielās un bioloģiskos paraugos
• optikas metodes diagnostikai, ķīmiskai analīzei un optisko sensoru tehnoloģijas
• kvantu optika un telekomunikācijas
• modelēšana
• jauni materiāli un to biomedicīniskie pielietojumi.

Section "Atomic physics, optical technologies and medical physics" will be held by Institute of Atomic Physics and Spectroscopy (IAPS) on 15.02.2024. as part of annual 82nd scientific conference at the University of Latvia.

The section will present the recent results- poster session, achieved by IAPS researchers and the IAPS partners in the following research fields:

• optical phenomena in gas, liquid, solid state and biological samples
• optical methods for diagnostics, chemical analysis and optical sensor technologies
• quantum optics and telecommunication
• modelling
• novel nanomaterials and their biomedical applications
