Latvijas ūdeņu vides pētījumu un aizsardzības apakšsekcija aptver plašu tēmu loku: sākot no iekšējo ūdeņu, jūras un piekrastes, kā arī hidroloģiskiem, hidroķīmiskiem, eksperimentāliem un metodoloģiskiem pētījumiem. Atsevišķa sadaļa tiks veltīta pētījumiem, kas veikti projekta Life programmas integrētā projekta "Life Good Water IP" ietvaros.
The section “Investigations and protection of water environment in Latvia” covers a broad range of topics, ranging from the investigations of inland waters, marine and seashore waters, also hydrochemical and hydrological investigations, experimental and methodological investigations. A separate subsection will be devoted to research conducted within the Life Good Water IP integrated project of the Life program.
