Tekstpratība kā kvalitatīvas izglītības pamats
Sekcija veltīta tekstpratībai kā kvalitatīvas izglītības pamatelementam visos tās posmos. Diskusijās tiks aplūkota valodas un literatūras nozīme kultūras un identitātes kontekstā, svešvalodu apguves loma komunikatīvās kompetences attīstībā, kā arī metodes, kas veicina teksta izpratni, interpretāciju un radīšanu dažādos kontekstos. Īpaša uzmanība tiks veltīta digitālajai tekstpratībai – ar to saistītajiem izaicinājumiem un iespējām. Aicinām pētniekus, pedagogus un izglītības politikas veidotājus dalīties ar pētījumiem, pieredzi un inovācijām, kas palīdz skolēniem un studentiem attīstīt analītisko domāšanu, lingvistiskās un komunikatīvās prasmes. Sekcija atvērta plašai, starpdisciplinārai interpretācijai, tostarp stenda referātiem.

Literacy as the Foundation of Quality Education
The section is dedicated to text literacy as a fundamental element of quality education at all stages. Discussions will address the importance of language and literature in the context of culture and identity, the role of foreign language learning in the development of communicative competence, as well as methods that promote text understanding, interpretation and creation in various contexts. Special attention will be paid to digital text literacy – the challenges and opportunities associated with it. We invite researchers, educators and education policy makers to share their research, experience and innovations that help pupils and students develop analytical thinking, linguistic and communicative skills. The section is open to a wide, interdisciplinary interpretation, including poster presentations.
