Sekcijas darbs fokusēsies uz inovāciju un industriālās politikas mijiedarbību strauji mainīgajā tehnoloģiju vidē. Diskusijas centrā būs jautājumi par to, kā veidot elastīgu un inovācijām atvērtu industriālo politiku tehnoloģiju transformācijas laikmetā. Tiks analizēti gan reģionālie, gan globālie izaicinājumi tehnoloģiju pārmaiņu kontekstā, kā arī politikas instrumenti, kas stimulē inovācijas un veicina prodiktivitātes un konkurētspējas pieaugumu. Tāpat tiks aplūkotas uzņēmumu stratēģijas, kas demonstrē veiksmīgu tehnoloģiju integrāciju un meklēti risinājumi ekosistēmas veidošanai, lai savienotu pētniecību, industriju un valsts pārvaldi.

The section will focus on the interaction between innovation and industrial policy in a rapidly changing technological environment. The discussion will center on how to design a flexible and innovation-friendly industrial policy in the era of technological transformation. Both regional and global challenges arising from technological change will be examined, alongside policy instruments that stimulate innovation and promote productivity and competitiveness growth. In addition, corporate strategies demonstrating successful technological integration will be analyzed, and solutions for ecosystem development will be explored in order to connect research, industry, and public administration.
