Sekcija aicina pētīt administratīvā sloga mazināšanu, publisko pakalpojumu modernizāciju un to pieejamības uzlabošanu valsts pārvaldē. Birokrātijas mazināšana un digitalizācija ir centrāli instrumenti efektīvākai iedzīvotāju un uzņēmēju mijiedarbībai ar valsti. Pieaugošās sabiedrības prasības pēc augstākas pakalpojumu kvalitātes un proaktīvas komunikācijas aktualizē nepieciešamību attīstīt gan tehnoloģiskos risinājumus, gan cilvēkresursus un institucionālās prasmes. Sekcija aicina dalīties ar pētījumiem, labās prakses piemēriem un inovatīvām pieejām valsts pārvaldes efektivitātes uzlabošanā.

The section invites research on reducing administrative burdens, modernizing public services, and improving their accessibility within the public sector. Reducing bureaucracy and increasing digitalization are central instruments for more effective interaction between residents, entrepreneurs, and the state. Internationally growing public demand for higher service quality and proactive communication highlights the need to develop not only technological solutions but also human resources and institutional capacities. The section encourages the sharing of research, good practice examples, and innovative approaches to improving the effectiveness of public administration.
