The International Scientific Conference on Medicine and Health Sciences is one of sections of the 83rd Scientific Conference of the University of Latvia (UL) and will be held in Riga at the UL Academic Centre on 25 April 2025. The annual event will cover a variety of disciplines in clinical and research medicine, pharmacy, nursing and public health.

Abstracts from both seasoned and young researchers as well as students are welcome until 9 February 2025. Students must have at least one co-author (academic personnel, researcher or certified professional) with experience in the respective field.

In the spirit of fostering international collaboration, participation is free of charge. Travel and accommodation are self-funded by the participants.

  •  In order to submit an abstract, you are required to have an indico profile. If you do not have an indico profile, you can create it in the "Submit New Abstract" section.
  •  Abstract submitters are automatically registered as participants in the conference, but co-authors of the abstract must register separately, otherwise, their participation will not be registered.
