Symposium fee (paid by bank transfer)
Symposium presenter regular fee: EUR 100.00 (after March 20, 2024). In case of several co-authors, the fee for each co-author: EUR 60.00.
Early bird presenter fee: EUR 70.00 (by March 20, 2024). In case of several co-authors, the fee for each co-author: EUR 50.00.
Extra paper fee: EUR 40.00
Fee for Doctoral study programme students as speakers: EUR 50.00
Bachelor and master study programme students-participants affiliated with the University of Latvia and Le Mans University are exempt from paying the symposium fee except when choosing to attend the opening reception, upon that, the fee is set [the fee will be specified by the registration]
Symposium attendee fee: EUR 30.00
The fee covers – attendance at the symposium sessions, symposium materials, abstracts published in a book of abstracts, the opening reception, coffee breaks and publication of the paper.
Fee settlement
The symposium fee is payable by bank transfer by April 20, 2024.
